Siddhartha envisions to elevate Mercer I Mettl to realize its vision of becoming the next unicorn to emerge from the Indian startup ecosystem & establish itself as the largest assessment entity globally. A feat, he believes, made accessible because of joining hands with Mercer, a global leader in HR Consulting and a wholly-owned subsidiary of highly credible Marsh & McLennan Companies. Before Mercer I Mettl, in a career spanning two decades, he has held key leadership positions at global IT companies such as HP and SAP. He has been instrumental in building several business verticals from scratch and scaling them. Siddhartha holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from Xavier Institute of Management.
Our Founders
A technopreneur Ketan has spent a significant part of his professional life involved with start-ups, providing him with the necessary vision and acumen to build a company from the ground up. Before co-founding Mettl, Ketan led the marketing division at Isango. Before this, he was also instrumental in setting up the eco-system for India's first mobile payment & transaction platform at Indepay Networks. Ketan holds an MBA degree from Indian Institute of Management Calcutta and B.Tech Degree in Industrial Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee.
In 2010, Tonmoy co-founded Mettl and has been instrumental in technology and product development, building analytics and data science teams. He has also played a key role in establishing operational structures for the marketing, finance, and HR teams in the company. He began his career at Texas Instruments as a digital design engineer and holds three patents in security algorithm designs. Following this, he went on to work at Boston Consulting Group as a Senior Associate. Tonmoy holds an Electrical Engineering Degree from Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur and an MBA from Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
